132 Greenfield Road was created from land acquired from a neighbouring property.

We wanted to build a smart, but understated mock Victorian three storey detached townhouse.

Apart from the fitment, (the gallery images speak for themselves) the actual construction of the property was high specification and, more importantly, high quality.

The whole property had concrete suspended floors and all internal walls were concrete block. This allowed for the installation of a complete wet under floor heating system with individual room thermostats.

Everything  fitted to the property always had something solid to fix to! We didn’t suffer from any timber twisting to floors or internal wall from drying out as experienced with traditional builds.

The property offered fantastic modern living space with very little maintenance.

The accommodation is set upon three floors and extends in all to some 2227 sq ft (207 sq m) in total. There is off road parking to the front of the property and a delightful landscaped courtyard style garden to the rear.

A central reception hall gives access to the cloakroom, front sitting room and fitted kitchen / breakfast room. The dining room is situated to the rear of the property with a connecting door through to the sitting room and French doors leading out to the conservatory and the rear gardens.

On the first floor, a landing leads to a large double bedroom with en suite, two further bedrooms and a luxury family bathroom.
